Quakers

Quakers, or “The Religious Society of Friends”, hold the distinct belief that God is not reached through religious practices, but through acts of love for mankind. The Quaker faith does not have strict religious organization, as they do not believe there needs to be a priest or minister to direct one’s relationship with God. Despite being a branch of Christianity, they do not hold the bible as the direct word of God, instead believing that Heaven is to be reached on the mortal plane by improving the lives of others.
